I am sorry, but shipping for the flat rate is only available to the United States. I can ship internationally, but is ranges around $20 per order (total, not per item). If you are okay with this, go ahead and make your purchase, then email me and I will invoice you for the additional shipping. If you wait to ask, the item will probably be purchased by someone else.
