Use these fork and seashell designs to embellish any mermaid outfit or tutu in any way you like!
This designs measure 2×2 or 4×4 as stated in each file. Use them however you’d like (they’re basically like big felties. I sorted a bunch in a hoop and stitched them out on felt, then glued them to a tutu for a fun costume).
The following formats are included in this listing: PES, DST, EXP, HUS, VIP, VP3, XXX, and JEF.
